Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for an Educational Counselor based in Indore/Pune. The Educational Counselor will provide tailored guidance to students, assisting them with college applications, career planning, and educational pathways. Responsibilities include student counseling, conducting career assessments, and maintaining regular communication with students and their families to ensure their needs and goals are met. Additionally, the counselor will collaborate with the team to create strategies that enhance the overall counseling experience. Qualifications Skills in Educational Consulting and Education Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with students Proficiency in guiding students through academic and career decision-making processes A Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus Experience in educational or career counseling roles is preferred
