Role & responsibilities * Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including team supervision. * Drive business growth for gold loan products. * Monitor & achieve branch level sales & recovery targets * Ensure high customer satisfaction levels. * Supervise loan processing, documentation and credit assessments. * Ensure adherence to all RBI Policies * Manage collections & coordinate with recovery teams as needed Preferred candidate profile * Minimum 4 years of Gold Loan experience * Experience in handling branch audits and compliance.
