Recruit, train, and monitor team (ACM/RCM/CM/CO etc.). Drive recovery in Skip, NIP, and Legal cases. Ensure timely DCR submission (self + team). Maintain compliance and accurate documentation. Coordinate with legal, ops, and external agencies. Achieve recovery targets and improve portfolio quality. Requirements: Graduate with 5+ years in collections.
