Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Collection Executive to manage daily/weekly/monthly collections from customers enrolled in our chit schemes or gold savings plans. The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, punctual, and capable of building strong relationships with customers while maintaining accurate collection records.

Key Responsibilities:

· Visit customers to collect chit or gold scheme payments on a daily/ weekly /monthly basis.

· Maintain accurate records of collections, receipts, and outstanding dues.

· Issue receipts to customers after every collection and deposit the amount as per company policy.

· Update the accounts team on daily collection status.

· Follow up with customers on pending payments or due dates.

· Promote chit and gold savings schemes during customer interactions.

· Ensure customer details are kept confidential and handle cash responsibly.

· Assist in verifying customer documents and KYC during new registrations.

· Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships in assigned areas.

Candidate Requirements:

· Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass; higher secondary or degree preferred.

· 1–2 years of experience in field collection (chit funds, microfinance, or jewellery preferred).

· Must be trustworthy and familiar with local areas in Madurai and Melur.

· Good communication skills in Tamil.

· Basic knowledge of record-keeping and cash handling.

· Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.

· Must be punctual, disciplined, and customer-friendly.

Working Hours:

7.30 AM to 6.00 PM (including field visits, weekends, and monthly closing dates),Weekly Off: [Sunday or rotational]

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance, Bonus applicable during festive seasons and high-performance periods

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
