Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Collection Executive to manage and oversee the process of recovering overdue payments from clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to ensure timely collections and maintain positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients via phone, email, or visits for outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment status, and collection efforts.
• Coordinate with the accounts department to reconcile customer accounts.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior management with appropriate documentation.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on collections performance.
• Negotiate payment plans and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor aging reports and ensure minimal delinquencies.
• Assist in legal recovery proceedings if necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or accounts receivable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles is a plus.
• Fluent in [insert preferred languages if applicable].

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
