Stela Healthcare is engaged in the distribution of reputed FMCG brands, alternative medicines, and pharmacy products. We focus on delivering quality products to our retail network and building strong relationships with shop owners across our operational areas. Qualification Minimum: 10th Pass Maximum: Graduate (graduates or undergraduates preferred; not looking for highly educated candidates) Must be able to read, write, and speak in Bengali Male candidates only Relevant Industry FMCG Sales Medical Representatives Alternative Medicines Sales Job Description / Responsibilities Full-time, target-based field sales role with performance-based incentives. Visit all types of shops within the assigned territory. Interact with shop owners, take product orders, ensure timely delivery, and collect payments. Build and maintain strong rapport with shopkeepers. Flexible working hours (based on shop timings in the assigned area). Products are from reputed FMCG brands, ensuring easy recognition by shopkeepers. Coverage area: Amdanga, Barasat, Duttapukur, Bamongachi, Digra, Habra, Nilgunj, Kalyani, West Bengal. Desired Candidate Profile 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Graduate. 1 - 3 years experience in sales ( FMCG sales preferred ). Must own a two-wheeler . Strong understanding of FMCG sales. Hardworking, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
