Based in Greater Noida, we bring Khurja’s renowned ceramic craftsmanship to the world through our luxury tiles, tableware, and décor collections. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Executive to handle day-to-day operations across inventory, sales, packaging, and accounts . Key Responsibilities: Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate stock updates. Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and tracking . Oversee packaging and dispatch operations for timely and safe delivery. Assist in accounts management and basic bookkeeping. Prepare invoices, bills, and maintain financial transaction records. Handle data entry, office documentation, and filing systems. Communicate with vendors, clients, and logistics partners. Requirements: Graduate in Commerce/Business/Administration (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred) . Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Good written and verbal communication abilities. Prior experience in inventory, accounts, or office administration is an advantage.
