Conair is a well-known American brand that makes personal care and small home appliances. It started in 1959 and is famous for its hair dryers, curling irons, straighteners, and other beauty and grooming tools. Location: K K Hali, GF, new no 22 ,5th cross, Hennur Main Rd, St Thomas Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560084 Work Timings: 9:30 am-6 pm. Working days: 6 days (any 1-day week off, not particularly on Sunday) Interview process: Virtual, if candidates are in Bangalore they can meet) Payroll: initially 2-3 months will be 3rd party payroll, post then based on their performance they get converted to Con Air payroll. Once they are under Con Air payroll, they will get ESI, PF benefits. Candidates should be open to travel PAN India apart from their base locations. Description We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in the job market context of India. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing HVAC systems. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems Troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify and diagnose problems Replace or repair defective parts in HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems Maintain accurate records of work performed Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Provide excellent customer service to clients Communicate effectively with team members and clients Skills and Qualifications 4+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair Certificate or diploma in HVAC technology Knowledge of HVAC systems and components Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces ------------------------------------------------------------------
