Collaborate with Product Management team, elicit AI/ML use case specific requirements, explore and evaluate approaches Own the end-end process, from recognizing the problem to implementing the solution Develop Computer Vision, NLP, Machine learning, Deep Learning, Gen AI based applications & demos according to the requirements and needs. Mentor, guide junior team members What you bring (Skills): 5-7 years of end to end project lifecycle experience (Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment & Monitoring) in building enterprise grade AI applications Sound knowledge in Linear Algebra, Statistics, Probability Strong Knowledge & Experience in Python and Python data science ecosystem: Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, NLTK etc. Experience in various ML Algorithms (like KNN, SVM, Regression, Decision Trees, K-Means, Naive Bayes, GBM and Decision Forests etc) Familiarity with deep learning, machine learning and NLP/NLG frameworks (like Keras, TensorFlow or PyTorch etc.), HuggingFace Transformers and libraries (like scikit-learn, spacy, CoreNLP etc.) Proficiency in designing, training, and deploying deep learning models for computer vision tasks. Experience with image processing, filtering, object detection frameworks (e.g., YOLO, Faster R-CNN, Mask R-CNN), image segmentation techniques (semantic, instance, panoptic), and image classification. Experience in Generative AI /LLM s frameworks, tools & technologies Experience in Prompt Engineering & Langchain / LlamaIndex, Vector search, RAG frameworks, Function Calling, Agentic Frameworks, Document Processing Experience in Cloud-based services such as AWS (Primary), Azure or GCP Understanding of how to operationalize these models to run in an automated context Strong development experience using Python and SQL (including DB Design & Complex query optimizations).
