Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online research. Reach out to potential clients to present the company’s services and solutions. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate service proposals. Schedule meetings, give presentations, and follow up with prospects. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, recruitment, operations) to deliver client solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Good hand in Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT, WEb and Mobile Development). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
