Digital Media, Documentation & Client Coordinator Location: Odisha Company: CES India Employment Type: Full-time About the Role CES India is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Media & Client Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic role that sits at the intersection of client relations, administrative support, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual who is adept at managing multiple tasks, a clear communicator, and eager to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity. You will be the central point of contact for our leads and clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. You will also be instrumental in managing essential documentation and keeping all team members aligned on project deadlines. Key Responsibilities Client & Lead Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and leads, managing communication, data collection, payment tracking, and other administrative coordination. Documentation & Application Management: Handle critical company documentation, including proposal generation, email correspondence, and client application processes (such as registrations). Deadline Management: Proactively remind staff, clients, and leads of upcoming deadlines and task completions to ensure project timelines are met. Social Media Management: Manage and maintain CES India's social media presence as well as our clients' social media accounts. Digital Design: Create engaging visual content, including posters and banners, using design tools like Canva. AI Adoption: Actively utilize AI-powered tools and platforms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in all aspects of your work. Qualifications Proven experience in a coordination, administrative, or similar role. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation. Experience with graphic design tools, preferably Canva. A strong interest in and willingness to adopt new technologies, including AI.
