To find out more about Cognira, please visit our website at www.cognira.com About this role: We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Consultant to work closely with software engineers, product and delivery teams, and data scientists with the primary mission of ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of our data-intensive products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive manual test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and validating new features and data flows across multiple systems. Your contributions will help ensure a seamless user experience and support continuous improvements in product performance across the organization What you will do: Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities Identify, document thoroughly, and track bugs Run test executions on Xray Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand Work closely with the development team to improve existing products What you bring to the table: Engineering Degree or a Business Degree Effective organization and time management capabilities Superior communication skills Agile Scrum Knowledge preferred Collaborative business style. Able to work with team members and cross-functionally in your own responsibility scope as well as toward corporate objectives and initiatives Team player and collaborator Demonstrate empathy and respect for people Develop authentic relationships, through generous listening and straight talk Even better if: Previous QA experience preferred (1-2yrs), but not required Experience in test automation with selenium or other tools is a plus Knowledge of CI/CD software delivery (Continued Integration/Continued Delivery) practices is a plus Our Recruitment Process: You’ll have 4 rounds of interviews: An initial interview with our Recruiting team, 2 technical interviews, and a final round with the General Manager of our Tunis office.
