Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre-primary Teacher role located in K Narayanapur / Kothanur Bengaluru. The Pre-primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in young children. Day-to-day tasks include creating lesson plans, engaging children in play-based learning, facilitating creative activities, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. The role also involves monitoring each child's progress and collaborating with parents and staff to provide the best developmental support for every child. Qualifications Experience in early childhood education, with skills in planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities Ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues Organizational and time-management skills to plan lessons and track student progress efficiently A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with young children Knowledge of play-based learning approaches and child safety regulations is a plus We'd love to hear from you!
