Role Description This is a part-time consulting role for an E-commerce Growth expert at CoFounder Circle. You will work with portfolio startups on an hourly commitment basis (10-15 hours/month) or retained engagement for 3-6 months. Yes you can work in this role with your existing Job. You will be the marketplace authority, helping startups optimize their presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart). Guide catalog optimization, A+ content creation, and advertising strategies specific to each marketplace. Lead sponsored ads campaigns, deal hunting strategies, and ranking optimization. Drive insights on pricing strategies, promotional calendars, and inventory planning for marketplaces. Support quick-commerce onboarding, dark store strategies, and hyper-local fulfillment models. Provide expert guidance on seller central operations, FBA/FBF strategies, account health management, and dealing with marketplace policy challenges. Location Preference : Remote (with occasional in-person sessions in NCR) Qualifications : 4+ Years of e-commerce marketplace experience with proven sales growth track record Deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Q-commerce platforms Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ranking factors, and advertising Experience managing Rs 50L+ monthly GMV across multiple marketplaces Proficiency in marketplace analytics tools and advertising dashboards Knowledge of catalog management, content optimization, and brand registry Data-driven approach with focus on ACOS, ROAS, and profitability metrics High ownership and ability to scale marketplace presence from scratch
