Coding and Robotics HOD

As the Robotics & Coding HOD in the Management & Training department of an EdTech industry, your primary responsibilities will include: - Training, managing, and corresponding with teachers daily, preparing necessary reports for HO and School regarding Robotics and Coding classes conducted in the allocated InnovationLab. - Resolving any challenges or problems faced by teachers to ensure a smooth program flow in the assigned schools. - Ensuring teachers report to the Innovation Lab daily during school hours as full-time staff and adhere to necessary rules and regulations. - Making regular visits to schools to coordinate with the school Principal, staff, and ensure smooth functioning of classes. - Designing and developing books, resources, videos, and curriculum to foster interest in Artificial Intelligence, Coding, Robotics, and complementary modules for school children using tools like Canva. - Conducting Robotics, Coding, Electronics, and other supplementary classes for individuals or groups of children. - Assigning and delegating teachers to prepare various PR materials like video diaries, collages, etc., for submission and uploading. - Providing a daily report to the HO summarizing conducted sessions and feedback received. - Ensuring new schools receive necessary services upon onboarding, in addition to supporting existing schools. - Assisting in marketing the program to existing and potential schools.
