Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement edge-optimized delivery solutions leveraging platforms such as Adobe Edge Delivery Services, Akamai, Cloudflare, or Fastly.
• Design high-performance, secure, and globally distributed web delivery systems.
• Develop and optimize HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript (ES6) solutions for web applications.
• Drive initiatives for Core Web Vitals, caching, compression, and page-speed performance.
• Partner with Adobe product teams to align delivery architecture with design systems, SEO, and accessibility goals.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, ensuring adherence to architectural and performance best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for CI/CD integration and observability at the edge.
  

What You Need To Succeed

• 10+ years of experience in Web Architecture, Frontend Development, or Performance Engineering.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6 / ESNext).
• Strong hands-on experience with Edge Delivery or CDN technologies (Akamai, Cloudflare, Fastly, AWS CloudFront, or Adobe Edge Delivery).
• Deep understanding of web performance optimization, caching, security headers, and SEO principles.
• Experience with serverless or edge-side logic (e.g., EdgeWorkers, Cloudflare Workers).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Adobe Edge Delivery Services.
• Exposure to web security, API gateways, or serverless deployment models.
• Understanding of performance monitoring tools (Lighthouse, WebPageTest, New Relic).
