Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all office areas, including the pantry, meeting rooms, and workstations. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to visitors as required. Handle document filing, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks as assigned. Assist in packing, dispatching, and receiving office parcels or courier deliveries. Support the admin or HR team with daily operational requirements. Ensure pantry stock is maintained and refill supplies when necessary. Switch on/off office lights and ACs, and ensure proper closure of premises at the end of the day. Handle small cash expenses for office errands (if authorized). Report any maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, etc.) promptly to the admin team. Ensure conference rooms are ready for meetings (clean, organized, and equipped). Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 10th pass (12th preferred). Prior experience in a similar role is preferred (1–3 years). Basic understanding of office operations. Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
