Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled software engineer(Module lead -Java) to oversee the development and delivery of key software modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, along with leadership experience in guiding development teams. This role involves designing, coding, reviewing, and ensuring the successful execution of assigned modules while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Leadership Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based modules. Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers. Ensure adherence to best coding practices, design patterns, and architectural guidelines. 2. Software Development & Code Quality Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and high-quality Hibernate. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to maintain standards.Optimize application performance and security. 3. Project Execution & Management Estimate module timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.Coordinate with architects, product owners, and QA teams for seamless integration.Ensure compliance with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 4. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Identify and resolve technical issues within the module.Provide solutions for performance tuning and system optimization.Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Proficiency: ✅ Strong experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.Hands-on experience with Hibernate, JPA, and RESTful APIs.Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka and RabbitMQ.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Jenkins.Strong expertise in performance tuning, multithreading, and multitenancy architecture.In-depth knowledge of security mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0, JWT (JSON Web Tokens), and Spring Security for authentication and authorization Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
