CANDIDATE MUST BE RESIDING IN MUMBAI. Roles and Responsibilities : Proficient in AutoCAD , Sketch-up & V-Ray, Photoshop. Good Academics & Design Presentation skills Brainstorm Project Ideas and assist in conceptualising Project proposals. Assist in the Development of Design Details - Construction Documents. Coordinate Drawings with Drawings of other Disciplines / Vendors. Coordinate specifications with Drawings to meet Project Requirements. Participate in Construction Administration including responding to RFI’s preparing sketches as well as addendums visiting the Construction Site to gather information. Review work of the Contractor, verifying specified materials are being used, dimensions are as drawn and quality is according to the contract document. Prepare Presentation Drawings as well as otherwise assist in presentations both internally externally. Research Information as well as create graphics for inclusion in Marketing Proposal materials. Assist in Product Designing and various Design Competitions.
