Co-ordinator Architect Pune (Assistant Manager)

Assistant Manager – Architecture & Design

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with consultants to ensure accurate and aligned design deliverables.
Review architectural, interior, and landscape drawings for design accuracy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure
high-quality walkthroughs, 3D visuals, and miniature models
that accurately represent the true design and finish intent.
Supervise material research and support procurement for product selection.
Conduct site design audits to ensure finishes and materials match approved standards.
Manage design review documentation and reporting dashboards.
Collaborate with the Team Head /Team Lead for design reviews, visual branding initiatives, and quality audits.

Candidate Profile

B.Arch with
5–7 years
of experience in residential architecture.
Strong in design coordination, visualization review, and material finalization.
Ability to align design and branding outcomes for impactful project representation.
Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel.
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
