XCrafters is India's first Gen-Z-focused fashion-tech brand that combines urban streetwear with cultural narratives and tech-infused design. The brand is dedicated to redefining fashion for Bharat's youth by offering bold apparel, sustainable materials, and immersive product experiences. With a growing fanbase and an expanding catalog, we are currently looking for a passionate co-founder to help us scale this vision. We are seeking a strategic co-founder with entrepreneurial drive, ideally from a background in fashion/apparel, D2C startups, branding/retail marketing, or startup operations/growth. It's important to note that this is not a salaried position but an equity-based role for individuals willing to contribute both expertise and initial strategic capital. The capital commitment will be openly discussed with shortlisted candidates based on mutual alignment and vision. As a co-founder at XCrafters, you will receive co-ownership and equity in the company, leadership opportunities in a rapidly growing Gen-Z brand, recognition within investor and fashion networks, creative freedom in product direction, and a strong brand foundation ready for expansion. Qualifications for this role include a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for building consumer brands, prior experience in fashion, retail, e-commerce, or startup leadership, business acumen with financial investment capacity, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong team collaboration skills.
