CNC/VMC/HMC Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC/VMC/HMC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up, operating, and maintaining Vertical Machining Centers to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate VMC machines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Adjust machine settings to control speed, feed, and path of the tool.
• Monitor the machining process and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and report machine issues.
• Measure finished parts using instruments like calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
• Ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Machinist trade (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience operating CNC/VMC/HMC machines.
• Familiarity with CNC controls.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
• Basic knowledge of tooling and offsets.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in shifts (if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
