Job Title: CNC / VMC Programmer Location: Akkarai, ECR – Chennai Experience: 1 to 5 Years Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹28,000 per month (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are looking for a skilled CNC/VMC Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC/VMC machines to produce high-precision components . Key Responsibilities: Create and modify CNC/VMC programs using G-code and CAM software Set up machines and tools as per job specifications Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Perform trial runs and make necessary adjustments to programs Monitor machining operations and ensure high-quality output Conduct regular maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Collaborate with design and production teams for optimization Requirements: Diploma / ITI / NCVT in Mechanical or related discipline 1–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC or VMC programming Proficient in G-code programming and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, etc.) Strong understanding of machining tolerances and tool selection Ability to operate CNC Turning and Milling machines Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controllers is a plus Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
