CNC Turning Machine Operator

CNC Operator cum Programmer,

We are seeking a skilled CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator to set up and operate CNC machinery to produce precision parts and components. The ideal candidate will have experience reading technical drawings, using measuring tools, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CNC programming (Siemens Controller).

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, routers) according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and operation.
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor the production process.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area.
• Troubleshoot issues with machines or production quality and report to supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Keep accurate production records and logs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
• Working knowledge of geometric tolerances and machining practices.
• Proficient in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
