We're seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes, programming, and machining parts to precise specifications.
*Key Responsibilities:*- Set up and operate CNC lathes- Program and edit CNC code- Machine parts to precise specifications- Conduct quality control checks- Collaborate with team members

1. *CNC Programming*: Proficiency in G-code and M-code programming languages.
2. *CNC Lathe Operation*: Experience with setting up and operating CNC lathes.3. *Precision Machining*: Ability to machine parts to precise specifications and tolerances.4. *CAD/CAM Software*: Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidCAM, or Fusion 360.5. *Quality Control*: Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.6. *Material Knowledge*: Understanding of various materials and their machining properties.7. *Troubleshooting*: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
