Position Title: CNC Shift Leader
Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Shift Leader with strong programming expertise and hands-on experience in CNC Vertical Milling operations and manpower handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Create CNC Vertical Milling programs
Work with PowerMill or Delcam software
Supervise and manage shift manpower
Ensure smooth shift operations and productivity
Allocate jobs and monitor production targets
Maintain quality and safety standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong Programming Knowledge
Hands-on experience with PowerMill & Delcam software
Proven Manpower Handling experience
Leadership and problem solving skills
Diploma / Engineering in Mechanical preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
