Description
You are a skilled CNC Turning Operator / Setter with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience. Your main responsibility will be to operate and set CNC turning machines efficiently while ensuring quality and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and operate CNC Turning (Lathe) machines - Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions - Perform tool setting, offset setting, and job setting - Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy - Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc.) - Identify and rectify minor machining issues - Maintain proper documentation and production records - Follow safety and quality standards - Coordinate with supervisors and the quality team to meet production targets Requirements: - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant qualification - Minimum 1+ year experience as CNC Turning Operator / Setter - Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls (preferred) - Basic understanding of cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters - Ability to work in shifts and meet deadlines Skills: - CNC Turning Operations - Machine Setup & Tool Offsets - Drawing Reading - Quality Inspection - Problem Solving The company offers benefits such as hygienic subsidized food for 3 times a day, free accommodation, free uniform & safety shoes, annual bonus, monthly attendance incentive, and yearly increment.
