Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CNC / VMC Operator, Setter, and Programmer to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating, setting, and programming CNC/VMC machines, with strong knowledge of tooling, fixture setting, and reading engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC / VMC machines as per production requirements
• Set up tools, fixtures, and components for machining jobs
• Prepare and verify CNC programs (Fanuc/Siemens or equivalent)
• Ensure precision machining as per drawing and tolerance requirements
• Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure quality standards
• Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Coordinate with the production team to optimize cycle time and output

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC / VMC operation and programming
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining processes
• Familiarity with Fanuc / Siemens controllers (or specify the one you use)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
