CNC Programmer & Production Supervisor (Turning Fanuc)

You are a skilled CNC Programmer (Turning Fanuc) who will also be responsible for supervising production activities. Your main responsibilities will include developing and editing CNC turning programs (Fanuc), optimizing cycle time, tool selection, and machining parameters, supervising operators, managing daily production targets, allocating manpower, monitoring machine utilization, reducing downtime, ensuring quality checks, first-off approvals, and 5S on the shop floor, coordinating with planning, QC, and maintenance teams, and preparing basic production reports. Key Responsibilities: - Develop & edit CNC turning programs (Fanuc). - Optimise cycle time, tool selection, and machining parameters. - Supervise operators and manage daily production targets. - Allocate manpower, monitor machine utilization, and reduce downtime. - Ensure quality checks, first-off approvals, and 5S on the shop floor. - Coordinate with planning, QC, and maintenance teams. - Prepare basic production reports. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years experience in CNC Turning (Fanuc) and production supervision. - Strong knowledge of machining, tooling, and problem-solving. - Ability to handle a team and manage shift operations. Education: - Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing. - ITI Machinist/Turner with relevant CNC programming and supervisory experience.
