CNC Programmer Cum Supervisior

As a CNC Programmer, your role involves reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models. You will be responsible for loading raw materials into the CNC machine and inputting the product design into the computer modeling software. Additionally, you will choose and load the correct cutting tools, adjust machine settings, troubleshoot issues, and conduct quality control tests during the manufacturing process. It will also be your duty to clean and maintain the machine and train new staff on machine operation procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models - Loading raw materials into the CNC machine - Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software - Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools - Adjusting machine settings to desired product specifications - Troubleshooting issues during manufacturing process - Completing quality control tests during manufacturing stage and on final product - Cleaning and maintaining the machine - Training new staff on machine operation procedures Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or GED - Previous work experience as a CNC programmer - Ability to read and interpret design blueprints - Extensive experience with computer modeling software - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and stick to a deadline - Ability to stand for extended periods - Ability to lift heavy objects - Ability to work after-hours when required In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned, the company provides benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and a Provident Fund.
