1. Develop & edit CNC turning programs (Fanuc).
2. Optimize cycle time, tool selection, and machining parameters. 3. Supervise operators and manage daily production targets. 4. Allocate manpower, monitor machine utilization, and reduce downtime. 5. Ensure quality checks, first-off approvals, and 5S on the shop floor. 6. Coordinate with planning, QC, and maintenance teams. 7. Prepare basic production reports.
1. Minimum 2 years' experience in CNC Turning (Fanuc) and production supervision.
2. Strong knowledge of machining, tooling, and problem-solving. 3. Ability to handle a team and manage shift operations.

Good understanding of machining processes and quality standards. 5. Ability to plan production and supervise shift activities. 6. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. 7. Basic knowledge of Excel and production reporting.
