CNC Operator

Department: Production / Machining
Experience: 1–3 years in CNC Turning
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling) as per production schedule.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and set job parameters.
• Perform tool offset adjustments and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Keep the machine and area clean (5S practices)
• Maintain machine log sheets and daily production records.
• Conduct minor preventive maintenance and ensure workplace safety.
• Coordinate with quality team for in-process inspection.

Skills Required:

• CNC programming knowledge (Fanuc / Siemens/ Mitsubishi preferable).
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometre, Height Gauge).
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹29,371.98 per month
