Job Description

HIRING CNC OPERATOR

Experience - 1 -5 years of experience as CNC Operator

Qualification - ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Location - Kochi

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling,boring, threading, reaming, profile milling etc.
Understand specifications of the task at hand by reading engineering drawings.
Setting the jobs according to the drawing orientation and follow the CAD/CAM program sheet instructions.
Conduct test runs to ensure machines produce outputs according to specifications.
Operate CNC machine’s execution and make necessary adjustments for optimal results.
Inspect and measure finished products to ensure proper completion of processes.
Check and report machines to ensure properly maintained.
