CNC Operator

You are a motivated CNC Operator (Fresher) who will be responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring quality standards, and supporting production processes. Your main tasks will include loading raw materials, setting up machines, following technical instructions, monitoring operations, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean work area. It is essential for you to have a basic understanding of CNC machines and machining processes, the ability to read technical drawings, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. As a CNC Operator, you will operate CNC machines under supervision, load raw materials, and set up machines for production. You will follow blueprints and work instructions, monitor machine operations, make necessary adjustments, and conduct basic quality checks using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety and company guidelines. To be successful in this role, you should have an ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, CNC Programming, or a related field. Prior experience is not required as freshers are welcome. Basic computer skills for machine operation are essential, along with knowledge of inspection, loading-unloading, offset adjustment, and micrometer instruments. The location of the job is Satpur, Nashik, and the salary offered is 15k.
