Operate CNC turning machines as per work instructions.
Load raw materials (bars, rods, castings, forgings, etc.) into the machine.
Set tools and offsets under guidance of the setter/programmer.
Monitor the machining process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Check components using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, etc.).
Ensure parts are produced within specified tolerances.
Maintain production records and daily log sheets.
Follow approved drawings and process sheets during machining.
Ensure proper lubrication and coolant levels in the machine.
Report any machine issues or tool breakage to the supervisor.
Perform basic cleaning of the machine and work area.
Follow all safety standards and use PPE.
Handle tools and workpieces safely to prevent accidents.
Adhere to company policies and ISO/quality standards.
Coordinate with QC team for part inspections.
Assist setters/programmers during changeovers if required.
Continuously improve productivity and reduce rejections.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
