CNC MAZAK MACHINE OPERATOR

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Mazak CNC machines to produce components as per specifications.
• Set up machine tools, fixtures, and cutting tools.
• Ensure production quality by measuring and inspecting finished parts.
• Perform minor troubleshooting, adjustments, and routine maintenance of machines.
• Maintain production logs and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Turner or relevant trade.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Mazak machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Gauge).
• Willingness to work in shifts.
