CNC OPERATOR-TURNING

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC Turning machines to manufacture precision parts.
• Set up jobs, load tools, and adjust offsets as required.
• Interpret technical drawings and job instructions accurately.
• Carry out in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, and other gauges.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.
• Ensure quality, productivity, and safety compliance during operations.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in CNC Turning operation.
• Knowledge of tool selection, speeds, and feeds.
• Familiar with measuring instruments and quality inspection methods.
• Willing to work in shifts and handle production targets.
