CNC Machine Setter (VMC/HMC)

Summary:

We are looking for CNC Machine Programmer / Setter for Milling (VMC/HMC) Machines. The candidate should have thorough understanding of manufacturing concepts & processes. The candidate should independently be able to understand Engineering drawings, come up with operation sequence to manufacture parts, design / develop fixtures as needed, select required cutting tools, program and machine the parts to completion, train operators for bulk production, monitor and optimize programs during production.

Qualification and Skills required:

• ITI / Diploma / B.E.
• Knowledge in operating FANUC / Siemens Controller
• CAM software knowledge is an added benefit

Experience:

Minimum 8 years

Responsibilities:

• Program / Setup Milling (VMC) Machines
• Study and understand Engineering Drawings, and come up with operation sequence to manufacture
• Design and develop fixtures
• Cycle time reduction by optimizing CNC programs and selecting apt cutting tools
• New Product Development
• Enhancing Production efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
