CNC Machine Setter (VMC/HMC)

Job Description

Summary: We are looking for CNC Machine Programmer / Setter for Milling (VMC/HMC) Machines. The candidate should have thorough understanding of manufacturing concepts & processes. The candidate should independently be able to understand Engineering drawings, come up with operation sequence to manufacture parts, design / develop fixtures as needed, select required cutting tools, program and machine the parts to completion, train operators for bulk production, monitor and optimize programs during production. Qualification and Skills required: ITI / Diploma / B.E. Knowledge in operating FANUC / Siemens Controller CAM software knowledge is an added benefit Experience: Minimum 8 years Responsibilities: Program / Setup Milling (VMC) Machines Study and understand Engineering Drawings, and come up with operation sequence to manufacture Design and develop fixtures Cycle time reduction by optimizing CNC programs and selecting apt cutting tools New Product Development Enhancing Production efficiency Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Setting: 4 years (Required)
