CNC Machine Operator & Designer

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator who can also work on CAD/CAM design. Candidate must have hands-on experience with CNC stone engraving machines (SHUSA Intaglio or similar). Ability to handle CNC programs, tool paths, and design software is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC stone engraving machine (SHUSA Intaglio / similar)
• Create, edit, and optimize designs in CAD/CAM software (ArtCAM / AutoCAD / Vectric / similar)
• Set up tools, cutter bits, spindle speed, and machine parameters
• Understand drawings, dimensions, and design files
• Monitor machining quality and finishing
• Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, cleaning of machine
• Manage water cooling system, slurry tank, and tool coolant
• Follow safety procedures and maintain neat work area
• Coordinate with production team for timely delivery of work

Required Skills:

• 2 to 4 years CNC machine and design experience
• Strong knowledge of stone CNC engraving operations
• Experience with NK105 or similar CNC controller
• Good understanding of tools, spindle RPM, cutter diameter, feed speed etc.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM design software
• Ability to troubleshoot CNC issues and maintain machine

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
