CNC BORING MACHINE Setter cum Operator ( Only Male Candidates)

KURAKI BORING MACHINE Setter cum Operator : Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup: Setting up the Kuraki boring machine involves tasks like: Mounting and adjusting cutting tools. Setting machine parameters (speeds, feeds, etc.) based on engineering drawings and specifications. Ensuring proper alignment and calibration of the machine. Operation: Once set up, the operator will: Load and unload workpieces onto the machine. Monitor the machine during operation to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Make necessary adjustments during the machining process. Quality Control: The operator is responsible for: Inspecting the finished parts to ensure they meet the required dimensions and tolerances. Identifying and addressing any issues that arise during the machining process. Maintenance: Basic machine maintenance, like cleaning and lubrication, may also be part of the job. 2 - 6 years Candidates Preferred , In Coimbatore Location Candidates Preferred. Specific Skills and Knowledge: Kuraki Boring Machine Expertise: A deep understanding of the specific workings and capabilities of a Kuraki horizontal boring mill. CNC Programming: Proficiency in reading and interpreting CNC programs, or potentially the ability to write basic programs. Tooling Knowledge: Familiarity with various cutting tools and their applications. Measurement and Inspection: Experience using precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions. Problem-Solving: The ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during machine operation. Safety Awareness: A strong understanding of safety procedures related to operating heavy machinery. Experience with programming language used in 5-axis horizontal boring machining. Proficiency in setting up 5-axis boring machines,including installing tooling,fixtures,and workpieces,ensuring proper alignment and calibration. Demonstrate experience with operating and setting up 5 - axis boring machines,including loading /unloading materials, selecting appropriate tools, and running the machine. Maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC Machines. Demonstrate understanding of different cutting tools,workholding devices,and materials used in machining. Detail experience in identifying and resolving machine malfunctions and production issues.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
