Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to engage potential customers, explain products and services, and close sales over the phone for a leading UAE-based telecom company. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment and grow with a dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities · Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to potential customers based in the UAE. · Product Promotion: Present, promote, and sell telecom products and services. · Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers and address their inquiries and concerns effectively. · Sales Closure: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales. · Record Management: Accurately record customer interactions and sales details in the CRM system. · Market Awareness: Stay updated on the telecom industry trends and promotions in the UAE market. · Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve the sales process. Key Skills & Competencies · Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in English. Proficiency in Hindi/Urdu is a plus. · Sales Skills: Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales. · Customer Focus: Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. · Team Player: Ability to collaborate with the team and work under pressure to meet targets. · Time Management: Manage daily call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively. Requirements · Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in an international process. · Prior experience in the telecom sector is an advantage. · Familiarity with CRM tools and telecalling systems. · High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). · Located in or willing to relocate to Noida, India.
