CAM programmers for milling
CAM programmers for Turning and Turn mill process
- Must be BE / Diploma with 8 to 10 yrs exp
- Shall hands on experience on CATIA V4, V5 & Unigraphics UG NX CAM experience
- Must have exp to generate CAM for 3,4,5 Axis machining.
- Aerospace domain is mandatory with QMS and AS9100D experience.
- Have experience in shop floor / machines for the 3,4,5 axis to alter offsets.
- Experience in Selection of cutting tools, fixture concept design
- process sequencing experience
- CANDO attitude and good behaviour in engineering and shop floor
- Hands on experience in continuous improvement for process optimisation, tooling optimisations, cost reductions etc.
CAM programmers for Turning and Turnmill
- Hands on experience on turning and turnmill
- experience in MASTERCAM, SOLIDCAM turning and Turnmill
- cutting tools selections, fixture concept design experience
- QMS and AS9100D and engineering documents experience
- hands on working experience on different Raw materials like SS, TI, AL, incolne.
