We are looking for passionate Student Counsellors who can guide students, build trust, and help them choose the right course. Responsibilities: Counsel students over phone calls and guide them about career options. Explain courses, features, and benefits clearly to students/parents. Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication & convincing skills. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM). Strong convincing & interpersonal skills.
