CMA INDIA I NTER MENTOR

Job Summary:

The CMA Inter Mentor is responsible for guiding and mentoring CMA Intermediate students through their academic journey. The mentor ensures that students understand key concepts, stay motivated, and are well-prepared for examinations through structured mentoring sessions, doubt clarification, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group mentoring sessions for CMA Inter students.
• Guide students on subject selection, study planning, and time management.
• Support students in understanding complex topics and resolving doubts.
• Coordinate with academic faculty to track student progress and performance.
• Monitor attendance, assignment completion, and exam preparedness.
• Provide motivational and career guidance to help students stay on track.
• Maintain student progress reports and share feedback with the academic team.
• Conduct periodic review meetings to ensure academic improvement.
• Suggest improvements in academic delivery and mentoring processes.
• Act as a bridge between students and the academic/administration team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
