Role & responsibilities: Primary Goal: Build, deploy, and maintain the multi-tenant architecture for CyberMetis on Azure, ensuring secure and scalable provisioning for multiple clients. Key Responsibilities: Multi-Tenant Architecture Design Design a scalable Azure-based architecture to support multiple tenants (client organizations). Select between Single Database per Tenant, Shared Database with Tenant Isolation, or Hybrid based on business needs. Implement Azure AD B2C or Azure AD multi-tenant authentication for user identity management. Tenant Provisioning Automate tenant creation using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates , Terraform , or Bicep scripts. Configure isolated resource groups, databases, and storage for each tenant. Set up tenant-specific networking policies (VNETs, firewalls, IP restrictions). Security & Compliance Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and conditional access policies for tenant segregation. Ensure data encryption at rest and in transit using Azure Key Vault. Configure audit logging & monitoring for compliance (ISO, SOC 2, etc.). Scalability & Performance Configure Azure App Service scaling , SQL elastic pools , and load balancers for high availability. Monitor tenant performance using Azure Monitor and Application Insights . Branding & Tenant-Level UI Assets (Infrastructure Layer) Create storage locations for tenant-specific branding assets (logos, themes) in Azure Blob Storage/CDN . Configure Azure Front Door or Application Gateway to route requests to tenant-specific endpoints.
