Club MBD Manager

The Club MBD Manager plays a crucial role in leading the overall operations of the Club MBD at Radisson Hotel Group, ensuring an excellent guest experience throughout their stay. As the Club MBD Manager, you will be responsible for various key responsibilities, including profit center management, budget formulation, sales target setting, and implementation. You will also be tasked with attending meetings, forecasting sales targets, preparing reports, and developing strategies to achieve sales goals. Additionally, you will oversee stock requisition, control department expenses, appoint consultants, and conduct product and sales training. Your role will involve mapping potential customers, generating leads, and meeting the organization's sales targets through effective planning and budgeting. You will be expected to manage sales administration, streamline processes, maximize business relationships, and maintain a high standard of customer service. As the Club MBD Manager, you will focus on enhancing the guest experience at the hotel, managing finances, administration, inventory, and ensuring the maintenance of the club's ambience and cleanliness. You will lead and manage the Club MBD team, providing training, guidance, and coaching to ensure efficient operations. Supervising employees, managing day-to-day operations, and responding to emergencies are also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Diploma or Degree in hospitality or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to communicate in a second language are essential. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to address guests" needs, motivate colleagues, and maintain a cohesive team environment are also required. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable to change, and capable of working well under pressure while ensuring guest and hotel information security.
