About the job: Club Artizen is a marketplace for craft-based sustainable products, for contemporary living. We focus on bulk gifting. We are looking for someone who can take the company to, well, other companies and event managers, so we can sell, baby, sell! Key responsibilities: 1. Act as a full-cycle salesperson from lead generation to deal closure operating as a one-person sales department. 2. Proactively identify and pursue potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and direct interaction. 3. Conduct in-person sales, including participation in stalls, exhibitions, and on-ground marketing activities. 4. Engage deeply with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively pitch products to close high-value deals. 5. Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and follow up diligently to maximize conversion. 6. Demonstrate a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets with enthusiasm and ownership. 7. Keep accurate records of interactions, negotiations, and sales, including timely processing of purchase orders. 8. Champion the social mission by supporting artisans and helping preserve traditional crafts through meaningful sales. There's salary, and then there's sales incentives!
