Role : Full Time Location : On-site, Ahmedabad Job role : Paid As a Category Growth Manager, you’ll drive Clozzet’s core mission to make every category (Menswear, Womenswear, Accessories, etc.) rich, relevant, and fast-moving. Your job is to identify, onboard, and grow the right mix of brands and stores across your category, ensuring customers always find what they want; from streetwear to luxury fits; delivered within minutes. You’ll work closely with the brand acquisition, operations, and marketing teams to build the strongest brand assortment and scale category performance across the city. Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and manage local and national fashion partners to strengthen category depth and diversity. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify assortment gaps, pricing opportunities, and emerging trends. Build and execute growth strategies to improve sales, conversion, and repeat purchase within the category. Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that highlight top categories and brands. Coordinate with operations and inventory to maintain real-time product availability and ensure 60-minute delivery efficiency. Track and optimize category performance metrics : GMV, AOV, conversion rate, repeat orders, and seller performance. Build strong relationships with partner stores to improve sell-through and retention.
