Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily clinical operations of assigned clinics in Mumbai/Thane. Supervise and mentor dental teams to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and treatment standards. Ensure patient satisfaction through quality treatment and effective communication. Support doctors in complex case planning and interdisciplinary consultations. Monitor clinical performance, case quality, and treatment outcomes. Handle patient escalations and provide appropriate clinical resolutions. Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and Clove Dental’s quality assurance guidelines. Coordinate with the management team for clinical audits, training, and performance improvements. Qualifications & Skills BDS degree from a recognized dental college. 2–10 years of clinical experience in general dentistry. Valid DCI registration. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning abilities. Effective communication and patient-handling skills. Ability to manage multi-clinic operations and drive clinical excellence.
